By accessing or using the BowlersAI mobile application, web portal at bowlersai.app/webapp, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BowlersAI Inc. ("BowlersAI," "we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
BowlersAI is a bowling coaching and analysis platform available as an iOS mobile application (with Android availability planned for Q2 2026) and a web portal. The Service includes:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
BowlersAI offers the following subscription plans:
Both plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged according to the plan you selected.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Stripe and the Apple App Store. When subscribing through the iOS app, Apple's standard in-app purchase terms and billing apply. When subscribing through the web portal, Stripe handles payment processing.
Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time. For subscriptions purchased through the App Store, you must manage cancellation through your Apple ID settings. For subscriptions purchased through the web portal, you may cancel through your account settings or by contacting us.
Refunds: Refunds for App Store purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. For Stripe purchases, refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the initial charge by contacting us at partnership@bowlersai.com. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
BowlersAI offers a Coach Partnership Program for qualified bowling coaches. To participate, coaches must meet the following requirements:
Coach partners gain access to additional tools for managing students, sharing evaluations, and collaborating through the platform. BowlersAI reserves the right to revoke coach partnership status at any time if a coach fails to maintain the required certifications, violates these Terms, or engages in conduct that is harmful to the community.
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share through the Service, including videos, practice notes, evaluations, session data, and any other materials ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant BowlersAI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license. We do not claim ownership of your User Content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to the Service without your consent.
If you choose to share content with a coach or student through the platform, you acknowledge that the recipient will be able to view the shared content. You may revoke sharing access at any time through your account settings.
The BowlersAI AI coaching assistant is powered by Firebase Vertex AI and provides responses based on content curated by USBC certified coaches. However, the AI assistant is a tool intended to supplement, not replace, professional coaching instruction.
BowlersAI provides a platform that facilitates connections between coaches and bowlers. BowlersAI is not a coaching provider and does not employ, endorse, or guarantee any coach on the platform. We do not supervise coaching sessions or control the content of coaching interactions that occur outside the platform.
While we require coach partners to hold USBC certification, pass background checks, and complete SafeSport training, BowlersAI makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, or suitability of any coach. Any coaching relationship formed through the platform is solely between the coach and the bowler. BowlersAI is not a party to and bears no responsibility for any disputes, injuries, or damages arising from coach-student interactions.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service, including its design, features, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, AI models, curated coaching content, and all other intellectual property, is owned by BowlersAI Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The BowlersAI name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of BowlersAI Inc. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BowlersAI Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the amount you have paid to BowlersAI in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app or web portal settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to other users or the platform.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration shall take place in the state of the defending party's principal place of business, or at another mutually agreed location, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against BowlersAI.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, providing additional notice through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
